Ranked as a top 15 park on the Major League Baseball website, Citizens Bank Park is widely recognized as one of the best ballparks in the MLB. Not only do fans come to watch their beloved “Phils” at Citizens Bank, but to get their favorite foods.

Here are the three popular concessions that Phillies fans can’t wait to stand in line for.

Manco & Manco
Location: Behind Right Field, Section 137

A legendary Jersey Shore pizza shop, Manco & Manco had Phillies fans buzzing when it arrived at the ballpark at the start of the 2022 season. A family-run business out of Ocean City, New Jersey, their location at Citizens Bank Park offers fans 12-inch or 18-inch hand-tossed pizza pies to enjoy while watching the game.

Not only is the pizza a fan favorite, but the look, feel, and vibe of this spot is part of the reason it is so popular. Fans can watch their pies cooking in huge ovens underneath the shop’s big, purple and green sign.

“I go down the shore a lot with my friends in the summer to Ocean City, and I love getting Manco’s Pizza, but I don’t get it as often because I live in Philly. So I was happy they added it to the stadium so I can get it more often now,” said Daniel Leaden, a season ticket holder from Morrell Park, Philadelphia.

Two versions of the 12 inch hand-tossed pizza are priced at $13.99, a plain and a gluten free option. Sausage and pepperoni pies are $15.49.

Chickie’s and Pete’s
Location: Behind the Bullpen, Section 208

Another local favorite, Chickie’s and Pete’s first opened shop in the Mayfair neighborhood of Philadelphia in 1977. Started by Peter and Henrietta Ciarrocchi, the family business landed at Citizens Bank Park in 2004.  It was voted ESPN’s #1 sports bar on the East Coast in 2011.

Its famous crab fries and chicken tenders are the main attraction for fans at the ballpark.

A bucket of crab fries goes for $10.50 at the ballpark, while the tenders and fries can be purchased together at $14.99. Pricier options and long lines don’t stop Phillies fans like Daniel Culmone, life-long Phillies fan from New Jersey.

“My favorite place at Citizen Bank Park is easily Chickie’s & Pete’s,” Culmone said. “My favorite is the Chickie’s and Pete’s crab fries and tenders.”

Bull’s BBQ
Location: Left Field Plaza

Bull’s BBQ is one of the unique food options that Citizens Bank provides. Various options include ribs, pulled pork sandwiches and even BBQ turkey legs. Fans love Bull’s sweet, tangy BBQ flavor.

“Everytime we go to the Phillies game, we get Bull’s BBQ, and I think it is one of the hidden gems at the park,” said Dylan Maloney of Morrell Park, Philadelphia.

Maloney said he likes the pulled pork sandwich and called the cheesesteak “solid.”

The spot is run by former Philadelphia Phillies slugger Greg Luzinski, who opened it in 2004. Luzinski held a 11-year-career with the Phillies and smashed over 300 home runs in his 15-year career.

Some fans think that Luzinski’s Bull’s BBQ was his best home run hit ever.
